Install (Codex)
Paste this in Codex:
$skill-installer install https://github.com/alechko03/build-forward/tree/main/build-forwardRestart if the skill does not show up. Then run $build-forward, or ask: “Help me decide what to build next.”
Claude Code
Copy the build-forward folder to ~/.claude/skills/build-forward. Restart if needed. Then run /build-forward.

What it does
You give it the candidates you are juggling. It asks for evidence you already have, how many hours you can put in, and what success means in the next few weeks. Then it recommends one primary move (build, park, or kill if you ask) and parks the rest with a reopen trigger.
What this is not
It is not a roadmap generator. It will not invent traction. If you have no evidence yet, it says so and helps you pick the smallest proof that would change the call.
