The demo worked. Getting the first school live is a different kind of work.

The booking platform is close enough to start production setup for the first school. Remaining work is calmer voice prompts, and Twilio SMS approval for text verification.

I’ve spent more than 15 years helping teams ship creative technology and software. What I have wanted for just as long is something of my own.

AI finally gives a product-minded builder like me the leverage to make that attempt real. This site is the record of whether consistent work, honest measurement, and better decisions can turn that leverage into freedom.
